We receive transaction information, such as payment status, from the services involved in processing your order.

Our store and its integrations also process information about visits and shopping activity, including pages viewed, checkout events, browser and device information, IP addresses and online identifiers.

Information can come directly from your browser, from Shopify and from the providers involved in your transaction.

You do not have to provide information unrelated to your request. Without the details necessary for an order or delivery, we may be unable to provide that service.

We use information to accept and fulfil purchases, arrange delivery, communicate about your order and handle returns. For UK GDPR purposes, our basis is performing a contract or taking steps you request before entering one.

SHOPIFY AND MGID

Shopify provides our ecommerce platform and processes information to provide its services.

If you use Shopify consumer services, such as Shop Pay, Shopify also handles information under its own Consumer Privacy Policy. You can use Shopify’s privacy portal to exercise rights relating to Shopify’s own processing.

We use MGID for advertising and conversion measurement.

The installed integration can associate an MGID advertising click identifier, such as adclid, with page and checkout events. It can use cookies, local storage and session storage to retain or read that identifier and send the identifier and event name to MGID.

MGID’s sensor can also make page-view requests. Further information is provided in our Cookie Policy and MGID’s Privacy Notice.

WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION

Information is disclosed to Shopify, the payment and delivery providers involved in your order, and MGID for the purposes described above.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

PRADO WOLF LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers can process information in other countries. Data protection rules may differ between countries.

Shopify describes its transfer arrangements, including contractual safeguards for relevant UK transfers, in its Data Processing Addendum.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Retention depends on the information and its purpose.

We assess whether information is still needed to fulfil an order, provide support, handle returns or resolve an outstanding matter; whether applicable recordkeeping laws require retention; and whether a relevant legal claim or limitation period requires preservation.

Advertising information is assessed against the measurement purpose and applicable consent choices.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time.

You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can complain to us or, for UK data protection matters, to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your right to contact another competent authority is unaffected.

SECURITY AND CHILDREN

Our store runs on Shopify, which describes its platform security safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send full payment-card details in ordinary email.

We do not seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us can contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy when our processing changes and show the revision date above. Where required, we provide further notice of a material change.
