This year, Roman was diagnosed with arthritis. After 22 years crafting jewellery by hand in our Bath atelier, we made the difficult decision to close our doors permanently.

As a thank-you for your support over all these years, we're offering our entire remaining collection at up to 80% off — the lowest prices we've ever offered. When these pieces are gone, there will be no more.

No. This is a permanent closing sale. Once our stock is gone, we will not be restocking, reopening, or producing any new pieces. Roman's diagnosis means this chapter of our story is coming to an end.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 14-day free returns — no questions asked. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

Simply email us at hello@audreyromanjewels.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for your bank to process the payment.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately and contact us at hello@audreyromanjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. All our pieces are tarnish-free and hypoallergenic — safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We use high-quality materials designed to maintain their appearance with normal everyday wear.

Every Audrey & Roman piece is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. If anything goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect — a loose stone, broken clasp, or faulty setting — at any point after purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, or chemicals
  • Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing
  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box
  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth

Every design in our collection was created in our atelier in Bath, England over 22 years by Roman and Audrey. These are not mass-produced pieces — each design reflects over two decades of craft and attention to detail.
